We moved house at the start of the year, with the overall process taking around 5 months from offer to completion. Lyons Bowe handled our sale, purchase and Wills. I can’t fault the level of service at all. The communication was excellent throughout and we were kept updated regularly, I never had to chase them for anything. Any question I had would always be responded to within 24 hours. They have an app which details the progress and updates also come through there. They have different teams who handled the different stages of the move and it’s a really efficient way of working. Their pricing was competitive and going forward I would use them for all my possible legal matters. We were second in the chain and had our keys by 11am! I can’t recommend them highly enough.
