On 30 April 2026 at around 1pm, I called to ask a simple question about notarised copies of documents. Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with a series of unnecessary questions, including which country the documents were for. When I politely asked why this was relevant, the person on the phone (who did not introduce herself) became rude and used an insulting tone. The call then ended abruptly when she hung up on me. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable. It was not only unprofessional but openly disrespectful and insulting. No potential client should be spoken to in this way for asking a straightforward question. I would strongly warn others to think twice before engaging with this firm.
Not professional what they told me price on text then when went there price changed and she started negotiat and when I said no she didn’t like and took my print back so rude please don’t use them.
Had a great experience here to get a document notarized. Quick and easy to make the appointment and on the day.
I used this notary to get authorization for the Polish passport approval form for my son. Cost £75, gave it to my wife who took it to Poland. Turns out the boat did not tell us we also needed to get this approved by the foreign office, thus wasting £75, when I called her to ask about this she said "oh yes, you need to do that!" - a bit late don't you think @Amelia Leung??
DIABOLICAL! WASTE OF SPACE Unfortunately, my late father being Cantonese insisted on using them for his will. All the staff are rude, unhelpful, don't call back or answer calls and Ms Leung is actually a *itch (not a word I use lightly) but I have to in this case
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The staffs are very rude and wouldn't admit their mistakes and even tried to blame it on us.
