I have just bought my house from the estate of my late landlady. I am so grateful to Alicia, (and previously Fateha), Ekbal, and Alesha for guiding me through a much more complicated process than I first realised. They found relevant documents on, not just 'searches' but also hidden covenent documents from the land registry that many of my neighbours did not have when purchasing their homes. Alicia took time to explain, and to help me understand how certain legal factors affected the purchase. I can say that I am impressed with the kindness shown to me, the thorough investigation, the effective negotiation and in Alicia's case, pulling out all the stops to get me across a finish line in record time. I would recommend Landsmiths to anyone looking for House Conveyancing as long as they are comfortable with receiving files by email. It doesn't mean you can't meet in person, or go to the very professional office to sign documents. It does mean that correspondence is timely, effective and reassuring as to where you are in the process at any given time. The cost of conveyancing is very reasonable and all quotes are itemised, leaving no doubt as to how the fees are deployed. I couldn't be happier with the services they provided.
