Unprofessional, unreliable and totally awful. Call backs that never happen, unprofessional reception staff. Lost paperwork n notes. I wouldn't recommend this solicitors to anyone. Go elsewhere to get a much better service without the careless and carefree staff that work at this company. After the death of a loved one, as if that wasn't difficult enough, I had the misfortune of asking this company for legal advice. Twice paperwork lost/misplaced and numerous calls not returned when promised. Save your money and go somewhere else.
