Jonathan Kemp Notary Public

Jonathan Kemp is a Notary Public based in Newcastle. He offers notarial services to companies and individuals in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Sunderland, County Durham and the North East of England. His practice is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. He regularly assists clients with legalisation and onwards dispatch of documents overseas. He offers an E-notarisation and E-apostille service.

He meets most clients at his home in Gosforth. When asked, he tries to assist clients by meeting them at their place of work, at their home, in hospital, in board meetings and sometimes onboard ships. Whenever possible, he agrees a fee and any legalisation costs with clients in advance. His main services include notarising documents such as powers of attorney, contracts, and certificates, and assisting with legalisation and apostilles.

Speed and efficiency emerge as the most frequently praised aspects of the notarial service provided by Jonathan Kemp, with reviewers repeatedly noting that documents are completed far more quickly than anticipated. Alongside this, his manner draws consistent comment: clients describe him as friendly, polite and professional, and mention feeling put at ease from the first meeting. Clear explanations are another recurring point, with the notary taking time to answer questions thoroughly so that each step of the process is understood. Fair pricing comes up often too, reviewers expressing surprise at the reasonableness of the fees charged for the work carried out.

His proactive approach is highlighted in more involved matters, including paperwork for a property purchase in France, where an early appointment was arranged after documents went astray in transit. Reliability and a willingness to help are mentioned across the feedback, with queries handled promptly and effectively. Taken as a whole, the accounts point to a smooth, well-organised experience in which technical competence is matched by a genuinely helpful attitude, and many clients indicate they would return for future notarial needs.
