James & George Collie

I had a really positive experience with Patrick throughout the purchase of my new home. He was always very responsive, patient and reassuring, particularly when I had questions or was worrying about something during the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he kept me updated throughout, explaining things clearly and making what can be a pretty stressful process feel much more manageable. I really appreciated his approachable manner and how quickly he would come back to me whenever I got in touch. I’d happily recommend Patrick to anyone looking for someone reliable, helpful and easy to deal with when buying a property.

Fantastic service. Our property purchase was via auction and we needed to move at speed. We were also dealing with English solicitors and finance providers and brokers. It was not an easy job, but Patrick at J &G Collie did a brilliant job. Incredibly efficient with the paperwork, very quick to respond to communication and negotiated time extensions on our behalf. They are now handling my eldest daughter's property purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I consider their service to represent excellent value for money. All my future Scottish legal work will go to them based on this experience.

Excellent service from James & George Collie! Brian Sutton was so helpful in certifying documents for my professional registration. He booked me in quickly and was so kind and helpful!

I have just purchased my first house and Ellie has made the process quick and seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Excellent experience with James & George Collie, especially Megan and Kathryn. They were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the purchase of our home. Highly recommended.

We have worked with Brian Sutton for our portfolio conveyance requirements over last several years as well as Cathleen Collins for sales support. Brian is exceptionally supportive and responsive while understanding our business requirements and structuring solutions to help us complete deals in a very timely and professional manner. Highly recommend them.

We have been working with Brian and JG Collie for over 4 years now for our property transactions in Aberdeen. We have had an excellent experience with them and their professionalism is second to none. Brian brings deep experience of the property market to the table. I would highly recommend the firm for all your property conveyancing and consulting needs.
