Was recommended Jackamans. They were very informative and even gave step by step advice on what needed to be done. It did seem like I had to chase or call before any updates were given & they had two branches with different specialist in each which made my case quite confusing. Overall I would recommend as the outcome was all sorted and pricing was lower than I expected.

Absolutely awful treatment of people. Family member used them 8 years ago for a devastating experience, with part legal aid. And now the company have sent a letter to 'revoke' financial aid, 8 years later, demanding money immediately. Nothing in the interim, and now this family member has been unable to contact or figure out what on earth has happened and what to do.
