HK Assists Online Accounting Service Limited

⚠️ Beware of this company – unfair practices and hidden costs! My experience with this accountant was very negative. The company employs extremely unprofessional practices, trying to extort money after the fact. In the first email, I asked directly about the total cost of the settlement. Instead of providing a price list, I was invited to a phone call to "prepare a quote." During the call, the amount was approximately £100. Unaware of any other fees, I tentatively agreed to this amount. Only in the email AFTER the conversation did the accountant suddenly add a previously hidden "onboarding" fee of a whopping £150, writing in the message: "I forgot to tell you." Therefore, my consent over the phone was based on incomplete and concealed information! When I canceled my contract due to such a drastic price change and lack of reliability, the woman decided to invoice me for £65 for a previously free phone call and the Excel file she sent me. She claims that my initial agreement of £100 was a "declaration of cooperation" for the entire package, the full cost of which she deliberately failed to inform me. The Excel file was sent to me on her own initiative as a resource to gather information needed to prepare a settlement. I was not informed beforehand that receiving it would involve any fee, nor did I order it as a paid service. Lack of transparency, concealment of fees from the client, and after canceling, attempts to extort fees. If you don't want to be unpleasantly surprised by hidden fees and invoices, avoid this office. I definitely do not recommend it.
