We contacted Hanna Solicitors as we wanted someone we could trust to deal with a FLR visa application, I had experienced awful Complications with the Home office before and wanted to put us in safe hands. Khurshid was our lawyer, and right from the very first Phone call, we felt completely safe with him representing us. He was incredibly empathetic and really understood how anxious we were after past experiences. He reassured us every step of the way, made sure that I was aware that I had made a mistake on a form straight away, thank goodness! The whole process with him was easy! from the very start, communication was exceptional, and to be completely honest it was more like talking to a friend than a lawyer the whole way through which made us just feel so safe and secure knowing that we were in expert hands. We have already told him that we will be contacting him once it’s time to go for the next one and citizenship as we wouldn’t want anyone else to work with us. 10/10 for Hanna Solicitors and the brilliant Khurshid. Been holding of on this review for some time now but our experience while buying a house with these solicitors was a nightmare. Never got a response when emails where sent unless you asked 3 times. Asked for an extra document to be signed said they would sort it out and email it over right away, but that never got done and was forgotten about. We also got passed around a lot and the person we was dealing with was either always off or was not interested in our case. She was also very rude by email and had poor customer service. Glad it was over in the end, but will not be coming back. They was good on price to a certain degree but you can see why in the service we got.

Danish and Julie were my contacts and they were excellent on all fronts: took accurate instructions, were responsive to my communications/ and request for changes and were professional but also warm and friendly.
