Settlement took quite a bit longer than expected, but l believe it was very much down to the insurance company dragging it out. They don't have a reputation for quick payment on reviews. My solicitor, Zoe, did a fantastic job, she gave good advice to sweat it out and not be impulsive, and she achieved a 50% increase on the original offer...not too shabby! Yes, I am happy with the result.
