Came to see Philip Darcy in regards to getting some legal documents notarised and sent to the Foreign, commonwealth and development office to be apostiled. The professionalism and expertise of Mr Darcy was commendable as he prior to our appointment asked for all the paperwork that required to be notarised to be sent to him which helped during our appointment. He clearly expalined the process especially as my mother who is in her eighties was also attending. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable and offered a great service.
