Used Fays service to obtain an Irish passport (absolute nightmare to obtain, passport office is useless). Fay was very quick to see me and gave a fair price for her service. The passport office tried contacting her and she helped me navigate the witness stage of the application, by phoning them and emailing them. Superb service. I needed some documents notarised, apostilled and delivered overseas.
