Elite Conveyancing

Can not recommend these guys enough! We were lucky to be recommended Elite Conveyancing from friends and Rebekah Glenwright-Cook has been our conveyancer for a recent house move. No matter what we threw at her, pulling out of the first house, debates on completion dates with sellers, dealing with help to buy, Rebekah handled it all so efficiently and professionally. Responses were always quick, she answered all our questions and whenever there was a complicated answer, she called me to explain it over the phone which made things so much easier and I was confident in any decisions I needed to make. We will definitely use Elite Conveyancing again & recommend them to anyone who needs them Thank you Rebekah!

I have been extremely happy with Elite Conveyancing from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and communication was excellent throughout. I always felt well informed about what was happening and what was needed from me, which made the purchase far less stressful than I had expected. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, helpful and approachable, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. I would happily use Elite Conveyancing again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

This is the first time iv used an online solicitor and would definitely recommend it to everyone. I worked with Adam Bradshaw and his team to sell and buy my house and I really cant find a fault with their work. I changed the house I was buying three times so I definitely kept Adam busy! It was a smooth process and he didnt seem to mind the amount of emails I sent to him. His communication was fantastic and would either email or phone me with regular updates which put my mind at rest. Thank you Adam and the team 😊

Excellent service from Elite Conveyancing. Poppy was professional, clear and highly responsive throughout, always replying the same day - something that is almost unheard of with conveyancing solicitors. She kept us regularly updated and worked hard to keep our sale moving despite losing our onward purchase. We were very pleased with the service and would love to use Poppy and team again. Thank you!

recently used elite conveyancing to handle the sale of my house and I can't fault the service.Nick and his associates were outstanding — always quick to respond, explained everything clearly in plain English, and was proactive in chasing things up to keep the sale on track. Communication was excellent, fees were transparent with no surprises, and everything completed on time. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient conveyancing solicitor, look no further.

Highly recommend using Elite Conveyancing! This is the second time they have dealt with selling my property and I couldn't be happier, Adam Bradshaw is completely reliable, always in contact and ensuring everything is up to date. By far the best conveyancers I have ever dealt with. Thank you for such a quick sale and making sure things went extremely smoothly which meant I didn't have to worry.

I used Elite Conveyancing for a recent property purchase. This company were recommended by the selling agents and of the Conveyancing companies I've previously used, for both purchases and sales, Elite were probably the most efficient. My contact was Leah Windeyer who proved to be friendly, helpful and very informative. I've had to chase other conveyancers for updates before but Leah kept me up to date with progress and for some areas of complication, in my case it was a freehold purchase of a coach-house but beneath were 2 garages "leased" to neighbouring properties so as the freeholder, Leah supplied all information linked to this and explained all required. I would recommend Elite Conveyancing and would certainly look to use them in the future.
