They ask their clients to leave 5-star reviews for them. In my experience, they have been doing this for the last 3 to 4 years. They then increase their visa fees. I applied for a visa for £1,800, and later they asked for £2,500. They will also try to get you to pay an extra £1,000 for other services. They make so many mistakes in your application that you have to keep emailing them to correct those mistakes. No one seems professional there. They are just like us filling in visa applications. You can do the visa application yourself and get help from Google. I did my visa application myself and got a decision in 5 days on the standard service.
