Very disappointing experience with Crystal Law Solicitors. I paid around £2,500 for help with my PIP appeal and ended up scoring zero points across all the areas we appealed. Important medical evidence was already there but wasn’t properly identified or presented. When I told them the outcome, instead of reviewing what went wrong I was told there were “two more stages” we could go to – but each stage would cost more money. In the end, someone close to me helped go through my medical evidence for free, picked out the key points and patterns in my condition, and helped me take it to tribunal where I actually won and was awarded high rates on both components. For the amount I paid, the service was extremely poor. I would advise people to be careful before spending their money here.
