Cowling Swift & Kitchin

I was selling a property on behalf of a family member and asked Holly to act as our solicitor. It's fair to say the sale was long and anything but straight forward due to circumstances arising that noone could have predicted. Holly was fantastic as were her team. She responded to telephone calls and emails promptly, kept me upto date with everything that was happening and I honestly felt nothing was too much trouble for her. Her kindness and professionalism are second to none and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Buying a property can often be stressful, but your team made it seamless and straightforward. Communication was always prompt and clear, which gave me complete confidence that everything was in capable hands. I would highly recommend Cowling Swift & Kitchin to anyone looking for a reliable and expert conveyancing solicitor.

Great service, very supportive and detailed. Engaged them to handle a sale and purchase of a house. Both went through without any significant issues (typical legal stuff, all handled in good order), and they kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. Big thank you to Lynne for entertaining my numerous questions and keeping me at ease throughout!

Had a very positive experience from the start to the end of my house purchase process thanks to Charley & the team. Always very quick in answering any questions I had and ensured I met the auction deadline which anybody dealing with auction properties will know is very important - thank you!

Couldn’t recommend this solicitor firm enough. Holly and her assistants were absolutely fantastic - got us moved into our house so quickly, kept us updated and really worked to ensure the process was smooth! Thankyou so much!
