The case was not straightforward but after almost nine months she managed to agree a settlement without having to go to court, thus avoiding more costs and uncertainty for which I am immensely grateful. I am pleased to recommend the services of this firm.
From the moment I decided that I needed to pursue a claim against my then employer, my Union put me in touch with Beecham Peacock Solicitors and in particular - Vicki Wanless. Whilst there have been moments of extreme stress in the past 2 years, which have resulted in me resigning from my job. Vicki was at the end of a phone supporting me and guiding me on the best way to move the case forward for resolution. This has been a long journey which I am grateful is now over and cannot thank Vicki enough for her support throughout.
