Always prompt on responding to our queries and kept us updated all the way. The service has been exemplary. Selling an old victorian home - with long written covenants and shared rights of way - it would seem to be a complicated process, yet she provided great advice which made the sale quick and smooth. Ms Jefferies is very efficient and knowledgeable and we higly recommend her.

As a first time buyer, I really had no clue what to expect when buying my first flat. I was not expecting so much pressure and blame to be laid at my feet by the seller's estate agent.
