I went to notarise a document the lady was very nice and lovely but the guy was very rude He'll talk to you like you're stupid and that he's the only one who knows everything. I would never recommend going there

I got the certificate I needed; it was fast and efficient. Louise was lovely, very helpful and attentive. The notary Chris unfortunately spoke to me like I was an idiot, I hadn’t put my middle name on the form and he started to tell me to change my name if I wasn’t happy with it, and the German government who I was sending it to wouldn’t appreciate me falsifying my name. It was a simple mistake from myself, and I was paying to have the form checked. When you are paying £144 for a service that takes no more than 10 minutes, I didn’t expect to be spoken down to, I am paying for a service, the reason I came with the form was to ensure it was all correct. Maybe it’s because I was a young girl he felt he could be condescending and rude, who knows.

Excellent service, could not recommend highly enough. There were a lot of online services out there but I wanted face to face as never had to get Notary or have documents apostilled. So glad I found Atkinson Notary, Louise was very helpful and friendly and very responsive, she made the whole process, swift, easy and painless and also very good value compared to other online, faceless services. - One of the worst phone call experiences in my life. The person taking my phone call was incredibly rude, dismissing and condescending as well as impatient. he questions my exact website for my name changed deed poll when he doesn’t understand very well himself. It was offensive and dismissive. I would never recommend anyone go here. Please, everyone, avoid the pain!

Brilliant service. I needed two documents apostilled urgently, and Louise explained everything clearly and started the process immediately. There were a few hiccups on my end, but she guided me through what I needed to do and was able to collect my documents very quickly. I would definitely recommend Atkinson Notary.

I have visited two times now with matters relating to Irish foreign birth and passport applications. Both times I can say that Louise has amazing communication! She always replies to emails so quickly and she is very welcoming and kind. Christopher is fantastic at what he does and is really detail oriented. He takes amazing care when carrying out his work. The office is very easy to find, information is sent via email very quickly, and I am very thankful to Louise and Christopher for all of their help this year!
