Completely unprofessional and poor - these guys unfortunately got recommended to me and they have turned out to be the most poor firm I could’ve gone for. The staff are rude and have attitude and when you request to have something done for you by your solicitor and even then they cannot complete this. You will never be able to get through to the person you’re looking for on the phone and will never get email replies. It has gotten to the point that I have had to turn up to the office and even then they do not respect their clients enough to at least open the door but instead they decide to be rude. These people will not care about your case in the slightest. Absolutely pathetic firm.
